Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provided a phenomenal stay with modern, clean, and inviting rooms that felt like having an entire house. The service was comfortable and helpful, offering a relaxing experience. The location was convenient with nearby food outlets and easy access to key areas. The dining experience was served disappointingly, and the facilities were clean and comfortable.
The hotel is cozy and quaint, with the charming old fireplace creating a homely feel in the rooms. However, the smell of cigarettes was a drawback, especially since the balcony was a smoking area. It served its purpose well for our overnight stay before flying out.
The hotel was wonderful, with everything you need for a family stay. The staff were friendly, and I would recommend it to all. It's a great place to stay, especially with a pub and restaurant right at your door. The hotel is very old and historic, an absolute gem. The room was spotless, really well presented, spacious, and a great value for money find. The location is convenient and very modern and clean, although I don’t really want to recommend it because once we leave, we may never get to stay there again.
The hotel is located in a great spot, perfect for exploring Guildford with its rich history. The rooms were comfortable, but the lack of natural light was a downside, especially in the evening. The availability of only pizza after a certain hour was disappointing, although at a discounted price.
